Their review is titled Excellent work from Joy and Denniseia , and they said, EXTRAORDINARY!!! I’m a new tenant and was treated with care and respect throughout the entire process. All of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. They also made sure the unit was ready in a timely matter , i enjoyed the team effort These two are a great team.

Denniseia Haynes helped me during the entire process and she was extremely patient warm and engaging and answered all my questions. And I had lots! She gave me a tour of the property and answer more of my questions while I was completing the application. The property manager Joy Taylor is awesome too! She is very patient and hands on and made sure my apartment was move in ready. The Maintence supervisor Joe is also awesome and fixed a closet door that was off tract for me within minutes of getting the request. My apartment is very spacious and everything is modern and up-to-date; and it’s like my apartment is soundproof because I cannot even hear my neighbors! I love it! If you’re considering the Falls as your new home; do it! You will not be disappointed. The entire process was really simple and smooth and I love my new home.
